Like the other areas in the hotel, the bar and the wine cellar are places of conviviality, sharing and exchange where our guests are at the centre of all our attentions.
In the summer, take a seat in our vegetated indoor patio to enjoy your
drink and enjoy the last light of day.

Discover in our restaurant a place of sharing, conviviality and simplicity and let yourself be guided by our teams who will take care of you.
Here privilege is given to raw product, discovery, taste and flavors so that you feel at home.
To do this we have selected committed producers whom we met for the most part in order to offer you quality, healthy and sustainable dishes.
We favour farming or traditional methods, organic which eliminates all conventional and intensive production method. We produce our own herbs from our vegetable garden located on the patio terrace roof as well as seasonal fruits and vegetables from farmers’ seeds.

Without passionate producers point to good products.
We have selected our suppliers (mostly locally) to offer you quality products that keep up with the seasons and ban everything that comes from agriculture that is not respectful of the environment.
