Great hotel, ideally situated for arrival/departure by train but also close enough to the city centre, historical sites and restaurants.

Breakfast was excellent - a very good selection of buffet foods.  Our room at the back of the hotel was very comfortable, nice and quiet but didn't get much natural light, so was a little dark but that's the only minor issue.

More importantly, the staff were superb - very friendly and helpful and their English was excellent, much better than my French. They helped to make our stay very pleasant. Douglas and Pippa, the rescue budgies, were also very sweet.

Hotel situé face à la gare, très pratique avec un service de bagagerie gratuit très pratique pour éviter d'avoir les bagages à balader et a 15mn a pied de la cathédrale.
Hotel propre et personnel accueillant et de bon conseil pour des restaurants à faire.
Nous avions réservé 2 nuits avec petit déjeuner.
Nous avons eu la chambre 111 petite mais très joli et très propre.
Si il y avait un point négatif se serai la salle de bain toutes petite ( vous n'y rentrer pas a 2) mais on ne dort pas dans la salle de bain donc ce n'est pas très grave.
A disposition dans la chambre café thé et eau. Parfait.
Pour le petit-déjeuner tout est fait maison. Un régal. Du salé, du sucré. Il y a le choix.
Une suggestion  : à notre goût il manquait du jus d'orange pressé et une salade de fruit. Mais cela ne nous a pas empêcher de savourer ce petit déjeuner très bon .

We arrived by train after long plane ride. It is located across the street. Very close walking distance to tourist sites. Great staff member greeted us. The room was really nice. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. Probably best hotel breakfast we have ever had. All home made. The staff in breakfast area made us feel really welcomed. Thank you to the housekeeping staff it was all so clean. Really great hotel and experience. Don’t hesitate to book your stay here. It was so nice to just walk across street and check in

The design and decor is very dated - stuck in the 90's. Room was dark. Did not enjoy the dark carpeted floors and black painted ceiling. At least it was quiet and service was good.
Very convenient location across from the train station and close to the old town shopping and tourist area of Strasbourg.

Lovely boutique hotel - Will recommend friends to stay there.
Pros: convenient location, clean and chic modern style room, game room, spacious bathroom, and good service. I asked for towels at midnight and they came to my rescue in no time 🙂

Cons: Unfortunately, some of the towels had stains or human hairs on them. When I requested replacements, half of the new ones also had the same issues. I hope the hotel can resolve this problem before my future visit. Additionally, if you want to borrow a bike from the hotel, there is a $9 charge for bike rental per day…I wish I had known that in advance before arrival. The most annoying thing is : My room was at the 5th floor, it has a weird motor noise that goes on and off during the nights of my stay. The noise was not loud, but noticeable and a bit disturbing if you are a light sleeper.
